Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

PLEASE NOTE: We unfortunately do not have order cancellation before shipping available. 

  • Refunds are only available for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Refund Process:

  1. Notification: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at contactbmiwise@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Evidence: To process your refund request, we require clear pictures and/or videos demonstrating the fault or damage to the product.
  3. Assessment: Our team will review your request and the provided evidence to determine if a refund is warranted.
  4. Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  5. Refund: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days based off of the payment method that had been used at the time of purchase.

Exclusions:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been used, damaged due to misuse etc.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet our eligibility criteria.
